Presentation at the 6th Passivhaus Conference in Public Building

The next days 20-21 of November will be held in Madrid at the Príncipe Felipe congress center the 6th Spanish Passivhaus ConferenceOn November 21st at 12:40, Esteban Pardo, representing Play Arquitectura, will give a talk entitled “The Passivhaus standard in public buildings”, in which he will discuss the advantages of the Passivhaus standard for public administration, describing the practical case of the Municipal Library of Villamediana de Iregua as the first public building under construction and in the certification phase in Spain.

At the same time, more specific technical aspects of the Passivhaus standard in non-residential buildings will also be addressed, such as occupancy, usage patterns, ventilation, specific capacity and primary energy, including references to the execution of the work.

Attendance at the 6th Conference is recommended because it reflects the Spanish and international reality in buildings with almost zero energy consumption, providing solutions and concrete examples of great interest.
