BREEAM Logroño Railway Seal

Play Arquitectura collaborates in the certification team BREEAM of the Logroño Railway integration project, which last September began the certification process with the international BREEAM® Urban Planning standard, the world's leading methodology for independently improving, measuring and certifying the sustainability of urban environments and communities.
Since the approval of its special plan in 2009, the Logroño Railway integration project has been the most important public construction project in the city, with a surface area of over 225,000 m2.
The BREEAM Urban Planning certification takes into account the categories of Climate and Energy, Community, Site Design, Ecology, Transport, Resources, Economy and Buildings, to evaluate and certify the sustainability of each urban development project.
