Concept

The anticipated needs and requirements will therefore vary over time depending on their evolution in the football competition. For this reason, the sporting and infrastructure needs have been organised into 3 phases that cover the most pressing current requirements (Phase 1) and the future needs of a consolidated first division club (Phases 2 and 3). This project refers only to phase 1 which, as indicated above, includes the most pressing actions described below:

The first stage includes the sports facilities urgently needed by the first team and the reserve and honor division teams and the youth team, which are as follows:
11-a-side natural grass football pitch.
Two 11-a-side artificial turf football pitches
3 natural grass surfaces for specific training.
Building 1, which includes a gym, physiotherapy room, warehouse, cleaning room, facilities room, material warehouse and laundry, first team changing room, reserve team changing room, technical changing room and referee changing room.
Building 2, comprising an office, a break room, toilets, a trophy room, an administrative area, changing rooms 1, 2, 3 and 4 with a toilet core, a shop and a warehouse. One-way access and exit and secondary parking for technicians and equipment with a capacity for 36 cars and 12 motorcycles.
The main need is to have a football pitch and multipurpose natural grass surfaces where daily training can be carried out, since the competition in the 2nd division takes place on natural grass and that is where the team must become accustomed to playing.
On the other hand, playing on natural grass reduces injuries compared to playing on grass.
artificial, being another key issue at this level of competition.

In the first phase, this strategy has marked the starting point of the implementation and after analysing the existing topography, a first platform has been established at an elevation of 432 and a second platform at an elevation of 437.60. The first platform will house the parking and access platform, the auxiliary buildings, the main natural grass field and an artificial grass field, while the second platform will house the second artificial grass field.

Landscape integration strategies originate from an attitude of respect, understanding and adaptation to the environment in which the project is located, which is very important in agricultural environments such as the reference one, near the edge of the city. The auxiliary building modules are built with prefabricated panels of
concrete with internal insulation and a smooth light grey exterior finish.
