Concept

Each of the bodies has a roof with a different slope and the sum of these generates a very characteristic profile.
The house has been designed in compliance with the Passivhaus standard and has been built with a light wooden frame on a reinforced concrete slab. At the same time, it has been ensured that all the materials used on site are of low embodied energy and free of formaldehyde, and for this purpose a sate with wood fibre and lime mortar has been executed as an exterior finish, wood-aluminium carpentry with triple glazing has been installed and the interior coverings will be ecological with wood and natural stone. Before the start of the work, a Feng-Shui and Geo-Biological study was carried out and some changes were made to the interior distribution and all the interior electrical conduits were shielded.

The result is a building with a very low carbon footprint, designed and built with respect for the surroundings and the environment, and which exudes the enthusiasm and drive of its users.
