Concept

These two areas are arranged in a broken L-shape around the south-east part of the plot. Attached to the south-west corner is a third volume containing the garage. The entire programme is developed on the ground floor on a constructed area of 357 m2.
To achieve the Passivhaus standard, the envelope has 200mm of insulation in the façades, 130mm in the floor and 370mm in the roof. The carpentry is a mix of wood and aluminium, 92mm thick and with triple glazing 3+3/18ª/4/18ª/3+3.
The structure is made up of thermo-clay walls and a light wooden roof with most of the rafters exposed.
Air conditioning and DHW are generated by aerothermal energy and air distribution through ducts.

The house has double-flow mechanical ventilation with high-efficiency heat recovery.
