ANDThe purpose of this Special Plan for Internal Reform is the development of the determinations of the General Municipal Plan of Logroño in the area delimited as PERI 24 Quebradizo.
The scope of PERI 24 does not have Planning Guidelines, so the proposed planning has been based on the following objectives: Complete the residential building block delimited by Piqueras Street, Margarita Salas Street, Asientos Street and Monasterio de Yuso Street.

Concept
It is proposed to complete this block by opening a new street that will connect Calle Margarita Salas with Calle Asientos and that will allow the construction of a new building front that closes the southeast corner of the block.
Create a smaller block between Río Alhama Street and the newly opened street, which will allow for the completion of the arrangement between the adjacent residential and public uses.
Calm down traffic on the road structure that coexists with existing facilities.
Introduction of a new use that allows the area to be revitalized and provided with activities other than the most predominant residential and public use in the area. The new reference use is proposed as non-residential residential, which is compatible with a wide range of uses, including hotels, offices, etc.
Complete the facilities offered through a multipurpose facility in the western half of the new block, which is located opposite the sports and school facilities.
