LThe 4 proposed buildings develop the entire program of a single-family home in an L-shaped floor plan, placing the day program in the front part of the building facing south-east while the bedroom area faces west looking towards a large interior garden area owned by the entire real estate complex.
The program includes a living-dining room with an open kitchen integrated into it, 4 bedrooms and two bathrooms and a toilet. The L-shaped facades that coincide with the individual garden of each home have a large porch to extend the interior space to the exterior and guarantee adequate sun protection. Next to the vehicle access there is a pergola to allow the shading of vehicles and in front of the pergola a small building used as a storage room and installation room is attached to the main building.
