Murrieta Building 20
ANDThis project involves the reconstruction of a historic building in the centre of Logroño with a programme of 12 apartments, two commercial premises and storage rooms, with a total constructed area of 1,242 m2 on the ground floor, 4 upper floors and a basement.
The reconstruction is carried out with a high-performance envelope finished on the outside with an SATE and with wooden carpentry reproducing all the typological characteristics of the existing building, of which the design of the viewing points is worth highlighting.

Concept
The generation of DHW and air conditioning are resolved by means of aerothermal heat pumps, and all homes have been equipped with double-flow mechanical ventilation.
With all these measures, the building is rebuilt with the best features in terms of habitability, comfort and energy efficiency, obtaining an A-type energy rating.
