PERI 39 Narciso Monturiol
ANDhe object of the Present Special Plan for Internal Reform 39 and Delimitation of the EU N 7.9 “Narciso Monturiol” is to establish a joint organization within the scope of PERI No. 39 “Narciso Monturiol”.
The scope of PERI 39, as already mentioned, has Planning Guidelines that have determined the proposed planning, which in turn has been based on the following objectives:

Concept
Complete the residential building block delimited by Avda. de Francia, Rosa Chacel and Narciso Monturiol streets with a symmetrical layout to that existing in UE N 7.8 “Fueros” and in UE N 7.7 “AVENIDA DE BURGOS 72-78”
Modify the start of Avda. de Francia as an extension of the new layout of Calle Fueros provided for by the PGM of Logroño.
Creation of new open spaces for expansion and recreation that improve the connection through pedestrian or cycle-tourist routes with the Calle Holanda park. The first open space planned is located on Narciso Monturiol Street as an extension of Esteban de Ágreda Street. The second open space is located on the corner between Valdegastea Street and Avda. de Francia and allows for the creation of a sequence of open spaces up to Plaza del Fuero in Logroño.
The proposed new layout consists of 3 square blocks measuring 22x22 metres, separated from each other by a distance of 14.88 metres. The dimensions of the building floors coincide with those of the layout of the Valdegastea sector, as well as the frontage of the residential plot. The layout model of the aforementioned sector also incorporates in the PERI layout the 5-metre setback of the building with respect to the plot boundaries, except in the alignment with Avda. de Francia, where both are coincident.
