Partial Plan of the Fardachón sector
LThe present Specific Modification of the General Municipal Plan of Logroño aims to redistribute part of the use of block 9 (plot 9.2.) classified as residential to block 20 (plot 20.1.) classified as commercial, as well as the change of use of the building capacity resulting from the aforementioned use from residential to commercial, without changing the overall calculation of the use of the Partial Plan of the Fardachón sector.

Concept
As a result of the redistribution of use, 448.85 m²t are segregated from plot 9.2. and transferred to plot 20.1. These 448.85 m²t coincide with the residential use of the minority owner (25.7266%) of plot 9.2. The exterior alignments or heights of the buildings, nor the surface area of the private free use of plot 9.2. or the number of homes on the aforementioned plot are not altered.
The modification described is specified in the planning plans, assigning the new building capacity resulting from the modification to each of the plots affected by the modification (plots 9.2 and 20.1). Likewise, and for a better understanding, the dwellings corresponding to plot 9.2 are assigned (according to the Compensation Project) without altering the number of dwellings in the block or in the Partial Plan.
