Lardero Single-Family Homes
LThe 6A single-family homes in Lardero are the result of a proposal by the developer who has a very clear idea of the product that single-family home users in the city of Logroño are demanding. The project consists of a development of 6 detached single-family homes on 450 m2 plots with a total constructed area of around 200 m2 per home.

Concept
The house is distributed on two floors, with the daytime program consisting of a living room, dining room, kitchen, bathroom and study on the ground floor, and the nighttime program consisting of two bathrooms and three bedrooms on the first floor. Most of the rooms are oriented to the southeast in order to achieve the greatest solar gains and link the use program with solar biorhythms. Both the ground floor and the first floor have porches and terraces for greater integration between the interior and exterior spaces.
The parking and storage room are located in a pergola-style space at the beginning of the plot, following a layout similar to that of Usonian houses.
The homes have been designed to comply with the type A energy certificate and can be easily adapted to meet the Passivhaus standard.
